1. The glass plant: all the equipments and technique are imported from Korea, the furnace is a cool top electric melting furnace, equipped with glass gathering Robots, glass pressing machines and electric LEHR, makes up of two advanced glass manufacture lines. The daily output is 6 tons, 4 million pieces high quality lamp lens and other product can be made per annum.
2. The injection, coating and assembly plant: this plant is composed of large-scale injection machine and automatic UV hardening coating line. The coating line includes all process of annealing, spraying and UV hardening. This plant can provide 800 thousands of new type PC lens per annum.
3. The mould plant: In addition to the ordinary turning, milling, grinding, copy milling, engraving machine tools, there are UGS’ CAD/CAM software and CNC milling centers made in U.S.A. This plant has perfect ability to design and manufacture the glass pressing mould promptly and precisely. We are in the leading position in the lens mould manufacturing field in china. There are more than 400 sets moulds which are in use.
4. The aspheric lens plant: All the equipments are imported from Korea too. The output is 2 million pieces per annum.
5. The filiale company: The filiale company has the same glass product technique and equipments, we can complement production capability each other.
